We know it. It is hard to get users to get interested by brands. Once on social medias, brands must be creative and her community manager deal with finess with a community that’s more and more demanding.

When the brand doesn’t answer the consumers’ demands, it is with no mercy that they will act: more than 90% of consumers unsubscribe, unlike or stop following brands because of too frequent, irrelevant or boring communications, according to ExactTarget.
