A recent study coming from ExactTarget gives us interesting informations on internet user’s behavior.

We know it. It is hard to get users to get interested by brands. Once on social medias, brands must be creative and her community manager deal with finess with a community that’s more and more demanding.

When the brand doesn’t answer the consumers’ demands, it is with no mercy that they will act: more than 90% of consumers unsubscribe, unlike or stop following brands because of too frequent, irrelevant or boring communications, according to ExactTarget. Placing internet users in the centre of a strategy will now be essential for all brands.
